Who you are
- 4+ years of full-time product design experience at a SaaS startup
- A portfolio of exceptional product designs shipped within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills
- Experience designing complex product workflows, ideally B2B, from ideation to high-fidelity mocks, and take a system-centric approach to design (think and work with components)
- Good written and verbal communication skills to articulate the reasoning behind your designs
- Ability to translate insights from product analytics (Posthog) or user interviews into concepts
- Proficient in Figma and Framer
What the job involves
- We are seeking a second product designer to own the design work for new features and improve existing UI/UX. We are looking for a senior level designer with SaaS experience to work in our London office in Oxford Circus. The salary range for this role is competitive and based on experience. In this position, you will report to the Head of Design
- Work through design problems from beginning to end. Ideate and design features and improvements rapidly while maintaining high quality
- Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features
- Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation
- Keep our design system in perfect shape
- Partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps
- Collaborate with other designers, take part in weekly critiques and help us continuously raise the quality bar by improving our design processes, principles, and tooling

- Introductory chat (30 minutes) Here you can ask any questions you have for us and begin to get to know each a bit. The goal is to assess chemistry and communication
- Portfolio deep dive (45 minutes)
- Take home assignment We will work together on a small design exercise to help us really assess what it’s like to work together. This is likely to take 4 hours over ~1 week
- Final interview + white-boarding activity (60 minutes) You’ll present your design solutions from the take home assignment and we’ll collaborate over a small design exercise so you can see whether it’d be fun to collaborate with us

AI is currently utilised across multiple industries, requiring companies to continuously collect, organise, and label image data so that AI models can adapt to new scenarios. However, the responses they get from AI can easily fall into the simple back-and-forth of chatbots. V7's Go platform can ingest documents, images and text and boil them down to AI-solvable steps. Alongside automating mundane tasks, the Go platform has a user interface that supports customised workflows - all with no code required. The company says that using only 100 human-annotated examples in its toolkit, it can label the rest of the training data autonomously. Although it found its first customers in medicine and health sciences, its product is being picked up by everyone from tech companies to asset managers and law firms.
With the launch of V7 Go, the company is taking a bold leap into business automation, making powerful AI easy for everyday users. Backed by big-name customers, strong accuracy results, and 2022's Series A investment round, V7 is very much ready to become a major player in the future of work.
