Who you are

3+ years of Recruiting or Sourcing experience across Sales, CSG, or Technology & Product functions
Strong ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across teams and levels, driving talent advocacy and operational efficiency
Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within fast-paced, goal-driven environments
Experience cultivating and activating long-term relationships with both internal and external partners
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global, matrixed teams
Passion for sourcing strategies, tools, and innovative approaches to attracting talent
Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Natural curiosity and a passion for learning, with the ability to translate insights into deep, competency-based assessments of talent
This is a 6 month contract role

Conduct deep, competency-based assessments to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and ensure the highest quality talent
Build and nurture strong candidate relationships for immediate and future hiring needs, enriching talent pools within our CRM to allow for effective long-term engagement
Submit fully assessed, qualified talent to Recruiting partners, who will then match, coach, and advocate candidates through the final stages of the hiring process
