Who you are
- 3+ years in outbound SDR roles (B2B SaaS or similar)
- Proven success targeting senior stakeholders in complex orgs
- Experience with MEDPIC, Outreach, Hubspot, and Sales Navigator
- Sharp writing, confident calling, and strong commercial instincts
- Motivated, coachable, and always looking for a smarter way to work
- You'll likely have around 2+ years experience in sales or tech, but we’re more interested in your potential and attitude than your resume
- We hire across multiple SDR levels and determine final levelling through a structured interview and scoring process

- We’re looking for a high-impact Strategic SDR to fuel our revenue growth by generating and qualifying pipeline with mid-market and enterprise clients
- You’ll go beyond basic outreach—this is a role for someone who thrives on unlocking real business value, speaks the language of senior stakeholders, and knows how to deliver commercial impact
- 📳 Own outbound strategy: cold calls, cold emails, and smart LinkedIn engagement
- 📖 Deep dive into accounts, map buying groups, and tailor outreach
- 🧠 Qualify leads and support deal progression with AEs
- 🤝 Work closely with Marketing & Partnerships on campaigns and events
- 📈 Use Hubspot, Outreach, and data to optimise your pipeline

Addressing these challenges, Zinc Work aims to solve these processes by introducing an automated reference and background-checking solution.
Setting itself apart in the market, Zinc Work focuses on the user-friendly design of its solution, its swift integration into existing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and its high level of customisation. With a vision to offer a solution for background checks, Zinc covers a spectrum from criminal record checks to financial, education, identity, employment, and reference checks.
Funding secured in 2023 was led by esteemed financial services investor AVP (AXA Venture Partners) and supported by Seedcamp, and will facilitate the launch of groundbreaking industry initiatives. These include the introduction of the first reusable global Right To Work check, the first Employment verification reference integrated with HMRC, and a background check template library collaboratively contributed to by over 40 Zinc Work customers. This financial injection underscored Zinc's commitment to innovation and reinforced its position as a trailblazer in the realm of automated reference and background checking solutions.
