Role
Who you are
- You are comfortable managing sales at an enterprise level and demonstrate the gravitas, knowledge, and ability, to represent Xceptor at the highest level
- Fluent in German and English languages
- Ideally, previous experience of successfully selling SaaS solutions to banks within the DACH region of mainland Europe
- Experience in identifying, managing, and developing large key accounts
- A track record including significant sales of technology-based solutions, to clients in the Capital Markets sector
- Solutions-driven with a proven record of achieving/exceeding annual quota targets
- High level of gravitas, with experience in engaging with senior-level stakeholders
- Highly competent in delivering product presentations, managing client workshops, and creating use cases
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically and creatively to develop solutions that meet the needs
What the job involves
- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts within the Capital Markets vertical, covering the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland & Austria)
- You will be an individual contributor with support from a team of experienced colleagues. You will apply a high level of strategic thinking and experience of the sector, in engaging with senior-level (C-Suite) stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts in the DACH region of mainland Europe
- Deliver an annual revenue target, through upselling and new business
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including identification of client solutions, relationship management, product demonstrations/workshops, and contract negotiation
- Develop relationships with decision-influencing senior executives within prospect organizations

Xceptor's main challenge is to compete with other no-code automation software companies. That said, the backing of Astorg should help to ensure this legacy player remains competitive in the years to come. It is moving ahead with further development and securing yet more impressive partnerships, such as with expanding its partnership with Danske Bank in 2025.
