Who you are
- We're seeking a highly experienced contract recruiter to join our team in an embedded capacity, focused exclusively on high-volume sales hiring
- This role requires deep expertise in outbound recruiting for quota-carrying sales roles in the employee benefits industry
- Proven success recruiting outbound sales talent in the employee benefits space
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambitious hiring targets
- Strong outbound sourcing capability and high passive candidate engagement
- Deep familiarity with sales hiring profiles and quotas
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
What the job involves
- We're seeking a highly experienced contract recruiter to join our team in an embedded capacity, focused exclusively on high-volume sales hiring
- You’ll be responsible for developing strong candidate pipelines, managing the full-cycle recruiting process, and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals
- Working in a complex and dynamic business, simultaneously serving customers across employee benefits insurance product lines and growth and service channels
- Collaborating with a diversely skilled team to continuously improve
- Being empowered as an owner and expert
- Being motivated by improving how people access employee benefits
- Source, engage, and screen top sales talent with a background in employee benefits or related insurance/healthcare markets
- Drive high-volume outbound sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Conduct 3–4 recruiter screens per day and manage candidates through final stages
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand evolving needs and align recruiting strategies
- Provide detailed weekly reporting on funnel health, outreach metrics, and hires
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and accurate documentation in our ATS
- Please Note: This is a temporary 1099 contract role and is not eligible for Beam employee benefits. The engagement is project-based and will conclude upon completion of the defined hiring goals or by mutual agreement
