Role
Who you are
- 6–8 years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years in customer or GTM analytics roles
- Proven ability to deliver actionable insights that resonate with business leaders and customer-facing teams
- Demonstrated empathy for the fast-paced nature of customer analytics, while advocating for scalable, sustainable solutions
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders including executives and client-facing teams
- Fluency in SQL and strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Solid understanding of modern data architectures, data modeling, and pipelines, with experience collaborating with Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering
- Ability to balance strategic projects with ad hoc, time-sensitive analyses
- Experience mentoring or managing analysts, with a focus on developing both technical and stakeholder-facing skills
What the job involves
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts focused on customer analytics, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and analytical excellence
- Drive scalable solutions for customer-facing analytics while balancing the need for fast, responsive insights that directly support high-stakes client conversations
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams to understand their analytical needs, build trust, and ensure insights resonate with stakeholders
- Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives that influence decision-making and drive action
- Ensure analytics deliverables are robust, repeatable, and aligned with enterprise data standards, while maintaining flexibility for urgent, one-off needs
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Data teams to build sustainable data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting structures that scale across the customer base
- Act as a thought partner to stakeholders, balancing short-term asks with long-term priorities and helping the organization mature in its use of customer analytics

Recent examples of expansion is new product offering for personalised support for those trying to conceive naturally.
