• Axonius is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Tax and Treasury to lead and build our global tax function

• Manage completion of annual federal and state tax returns as well as foreign filings (operations primarily in the U.S., United Kingdom, Israel, Portugal)
• Bring annual tax provision in-house in accordance with GAAP and establish a quarterly tax provision process
• Own all sales tax returns and build out scalable process
• Assist with 1099, 3921 and other filings
• Manage preparation of transfer pricing agreements and studies for foreign subsidiaries
• Monitor legislative changes that might apply to Axonius and be proactive about addressing such changes
• Provide proactive advice on tax implications related to business initiatives, M&A activities, and other strategic decisions
• Responsible for all tax related audits
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions
• Act as a key point of contact for external tax advisors and regulatory authorities
• Provide guidance across organization around domestic and international tax, including VAT, HST/GST, sales tax
• Oversee special projects as required (E&P studies, 382 studies, deferred tax analysis, etc.)
• Develop a clear tax strategy
• Build out and own strong internal controls over accounting and reporting for significant taxes
