Senior Manager of MarCom Sales Conversion, Faraday Future

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in digital marketing, CRM systems, lead generation, or private-domain traffic operations
• Proven track record in building and managing digital sales funnels and marketing automation for B2C businesses
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools

• We are seeking a growth-oriented Senior Manager, MarCom Sales Conversion to build and scale FF’s private-domain lead conversion system in the U.S. market
• This role will integrate social media acquisition, messaging platforms (like WhatsApp), and CRM workflows to drive high-quality lead generation and conversion
• You will own the end-to-end design of our “content-to-conversion” journey, manage platform communities, streamline lead handling, and build supporting toolsets and data systems
• Build and manage a full-funnel private-domain conversion system using WhatsApp Business API, community platforms, and CRM tools
• Design a user journey from social content engagement to form submission, group entry, sales follow-up, and final transaction
• Structure user segmentation (new leads, engaged prospects, high-intent users) and tailor conversion flows accordingly
• Collaborate with China-based marketing and growth teams to align tooling, SOPs, and asset delivery
• Lead a team focused on converting social and content-driven traffic (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, livestreams, etc.) into private channel leads
• Implement lead scoring, routing logic, CRM automation, and SOPs for follow-up frequency, messaging, and sales handoffs
• Build structured communities on Reddit, Telegram, Discord targeting different segments including high-net-worth audiences
• Design community activation strategies including co-creation, AMAs, surveys, gated access, and engagement incentives
• Integrate WhatsApp, CRM, and BI systems including API flows, automated lead delivery, and callback mechanisms
• Standardize lead tracking parameters (e.g., UTM, user ID, private ID) across content and acquisition functions
