Role
Who you are
- We’re now looking for someone to drive the development and - most crucially - adoption of GetAgent Exchange with agents of all sizes
- So whilst you will be well supported, you’ll need to be comfortable setting your own priorities and those of your team
- Demonstrable experience in managing marketing campaigns and product development, preferably in the tech or real estate sectors
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to fruition
- Experience driving adoption of products, particularly in a B2B environment
- Some practical knowledge of email marketing, digital marketing, and CRM systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making and strategy development
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead the development and execution of our new referral product, GetAgent Exchange
- This is an exciting opportunity to own the product end-to-end, which is a key strategic priority for GetAgent
- Reporting into the Growth Director, this is an opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to make a huge impact with plenty of autonomy
- You’ll have at least one dedicated developer to execute your roadmap as well as support from subject-matter experts from across the business
- Direct Marketing Execution: Craft and execute effective marketing strategies, including email campaigns and customised messaging, to drive agent recruitment and engagement
- Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to ensure alignment of strategies and facilitate effective communication and relationship-building with estate agents
- Corporate Activation: Support the activation process for very large estate agents (working closely with account managers), ensuring effective integration and utilisation of our platform
- Product Ownership: Directly manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including onboarding flow, sign-up optimisation, and usage optimisation
- Product Roadmap: Create and manage the product roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvements
- Operational Management: Handle operational issues arising from smaller agents, implementing solutions to enhance their experience
- KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to volume and the overall success of the referral product

GetAgent analyses thousands of property listings to create estate agent comparison rankings based on sales performance, time taken to sell, and price achieved relative to the original asking price. Homeowners looking to sell use this information to help them choose the best estate agent and maximise the sale value of their homes.
GetAgent also provides agents with leads that they only pay for if the introduction turns into a sale, with thousands of estate agents making use of the platform. Altogether, the sales of over £100 billion worth of property have been associated with the platform, through hundreds of thousands of homeowner users.
The data GetAgent uses to create performance comparisons originates from the research the company had conducted itself on the real estate industry, the results of which it makes publicly available. This transparency, and the wider work of the platform, aim to contribute to improving the competitiveness of the estate agency market in an alternative way to other market players.
