Who you are
- You have experience as an SDR or Account Executive, ideally in a startup or scale-up
- You are a native English speaker 🇬🇧
- You speak Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Danish at a fluent or native level 🇸🇪🇫🇮🇳🇴🇩🇰
- You speak English C1+
- You enjoy working towards clear goals and love closing deals
- French is a plus, but not required 🇫🇷

What the job involves
- As an Account Executive for the Nordic Market, you’ll be a key player in Naboo’s international expansion — helping teams across Northern Europe plan unforgettable retreats, seminars, and offsites
- Your mission: Turn qualified leads into happy customers. You’ll do this by understanding your clients’ unique needs, creating trust-based relationships, and guiding them smoothly through the sales journey — all the way to a successful close
- Support clients (inbound leads via marketing or returning customers) in planning their seminars, team retreats, or workshops through the Naboo platform and curated venue collection
- Qualify and manage leads from our marketing and SDR teams, present tailored solutions, close deals, and build long-term relationships with key accounts
- Contribute to internal improvements — from process suggestions to product feedback
- Participate in strategy discussions shaping Naboo’s roadmap
- Mentor and onboard new team members as we grow

Our take

Described as the “Airbnb for company events”, users of the platform can build their company offsites the way they want, rather than taking mood boards and ideas to a company that plans it for you. Alongside its simple-to-use rental platform, Naboo also has its own transportation, catering, and activity contacts, all of which are suited to the large groups offsites often facilitate.
Whilst the sector is crowded, it’s the Parisian company’s flexibility and variety that helps it stand out, helping build events at a team level rather than a company level. The boutique nature and ergonomics of its platform are USPs too. The company has enjoyed $29 million in funding so far and is expanding into the UK market, with plans to grow its presence across Europe.
