Who you are
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role, managing successful paid search campaigns
- Proficiency in using platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads and other relevant advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience in optimizing campaigns for conversion rate improvements
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and target-driven
- European market experience is required
- German language skills & market experience are a big plus
What the job involves
- The successful candidate will be part of the Vivid Growth team and will lead the channel of Paid Search
- The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for building the process of campaigns launch and executing effective paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and achieve business goals
- Account setup and strategy: Develop effective strategies from scratch in alignment with overall marketing and business goals. Understand user intent and search queries to build campaigns that ensure appropriate targeting, tracking, billing, etc
- Campaigns execution: Set up and launch new paid search campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Design, Content, and Analytics. Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pagesand targeting to improve campaign performance and conversion rates
- Day-to-day optimization: Monitor keyword performance, ad copy effectiveness, bid management, landing page performance and other key performance metrics. Conduct ongoing optimization of paid search campaigns and continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
- Reporting and analysis: Analyze performance data to measure the impact and costs of campaigns. Generate regular reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders
- Budget management: Make data-informed choices on fund allocation and overall budget management. Ensure efficient budget utilization while maximizing campaign performance
