• Proficient in a variety of office workplace tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, etc)

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our fast-growing startup
• This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, supporting staff across departments, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure the team has what they need to work efficiently
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, anticipating needs before they arise
• Serve as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries, both internally and externally
• Support onboarding of new hires, including workspace setup, equipment, and welcome logistics
• Assist with company-wide meetings and events, from all-hands to team offsites
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and general office organization
• Partner with HR and finance on administrative tasks such as expense reports, benefits coordination, and maintaining records
• Spot inefficiencies and propose simple systems or processes to help the company scale smoothly
• Help foster a positive culture by organizing team activities, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide general administrative support for leadership and cross-functional teams as needed
