Role
Who you are
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in a similar role specifically focusing on Marketing
- You have great passion for building brands and innovative campaigns, and will have experience in brand planning, campaign management and competitor analysis
- Experience working on campaigns that span multiple channels (both online & offline), and an understanding of how different marketing channels drive performance
- Strong experience with planning and running paid social activity on Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and LinkedIn
- Experience with PR
- You should have strong presentation & design skills and have an impeccable eye for detail
- We are looking for a fun and friendly team player. Someone that is creative and proactive and looking for a platform they can grow on
- You will need to have strong organisational and project planning skills as you will be managing multiple projects, be in charge of all channels, liaising with internal and external partners, whilst ensuring timely and in-budget deliverables, all at the same time
What the job involves
- Campaign Management & Planning: Ideate & execute campaigns across online (PR, Meta, LinkedIn, blog, podcasts, webinars…) & offline channels (mainly events)
- Create compelling design materials and assets
- Collaborate with the commercial team to monitor, analyse, and adapt campaigns, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs
- Adapt a continuous testing approach to trial, test, and experiment with new audiences, copy and creatives
- Work with leadership on refining and nailing the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
