Who you are

Hungry: motivated by hitting targets and excited by the challenge of outbound sales

Analytical: data-driven and able to reverse engineer KPIs into daily activity

Desirable

Previous sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not essential.

What the job involves

Research and identify potential customers within our target markets
Engage with prospects through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to book qualified meetings for Account Executives
Qualify outbound leads against Zevero’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Craft and personalise outreach campaigns with relevant sustainability insights
Consistently hit activity KPIs: 20 cold calls/day, 20 personalised emails/day, and 10 meetings booked/month
Share learnings with the team, contribute ideas to improve outbound prospecting, and iterate on campaigns
