Role
Who you are
- Hungry: motivated by hitting targets and excited by the challenge of outbound sales
- Resilient: comfortable with rejection and persistent in turning “no” into “yes.”
- Organised: strong time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Mouldable & curious: eager to learn, open to feedback, and agile in your approach
- Analytical: data-driven and able to reverse engineer KPIs into daily activity
Desirable
- Previous sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not essential.
What the job involves
- Research and identify potential customers within our target markets
- Engage with prospects through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Qualify outbound leads against Zevero’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Craft and personalise outreach campaigns with relevant sustainability insights
- Consistently hit activity KPIs: 20 cold calls/day, 20 personalised emails/day, and 10 meetings booked/month
- Share learnings with the team, contribute ideas to improve outbound prospecting, and iterate on campaigns
