Senior Product Manager, Aechelon Technology

• 6+ years of product management experience
• Proven success working with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver complex technical products
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• We are looking for Senior Product Managers to help us in our mission to make pilots safer. The Product Manager’s role is to work with internal and external stakeholders to guide the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our advanced flight simulation solutions
• This individual will be instrumental in defining and executing product initiatives across our high-fidelity visual systems, ensuring our offerings meet rigorous military standards and evolving customer needs
• Own the full product lifecycle of Aechelon’s simulation or synthetic data solutions, from concept to delivery
• Serve as the primary product point of contact for external stakeholders, system integrators, and internal teams
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer requirements to shape future capabilities
• Work closely with Engineering, Program Management, Systems Engineering, QA, and content teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable work plans
• Guide development of work plans by prioritizing backlogs to deliver features on schedule
