- We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager that’s eager to make a big impact. A few qualities we’re looking for include:

What the job involves
- As the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating more opportunities for our pipeline, then supporting the sales team in converting them to customers
- You’ll be working across projects, teams and channels, improving some of our current activities and exploring new ways to grow inbound opportunities
- Some things you might do day-to-day include:
- Testing messaging and design on our website and landing pages (using no-code tools)
- Building materials to help the Sales team improve conversion rates
- Writing blogs that educate our audiences and help us rank for target keywords
- Designing and creating e-books, videos and resources that educate and support our customers and audience to effect change in their organisation
- Using analytics and CRM data to find new marketing opportunities
- Iterating and building new paid ads campaigns on search and social platforms
- Building email and social campaigns to nurture marketing contacts
