- We typically expect candidates with at least 5 y. of experience in a Product Management position to have the skills mentioned above
What the job involves
- Translate a vision into a strategy and roadmap that drives maximum impact for your area of the customer and candidate experience
- Drive product execution: gather requirements, define functionality, set goals, deliver with your team against these goals, resolve quality issues
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, etc.). to factor their requirements into product decisions
- Talk to users on a regular basis: our customers that create assessments as well as candidates taking the assessment
- Leverage data and user insights to create solutions that satisfy and solve user needs
- Create clear and thoughtful documentation that can easily be understood and used by both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure UX and product-led growth is at the heart of what we build
- Gain a broader understanding of trends in the HR and HR-tech vertical that impact product development
- Work in a collaborative, talented distributed team across the globe

Our take
With HR departments thrown into upheaval over drastic changes in employment and hiring practices over recent years, the sector has been ripe for disruption. One of the emerging trends we’re seeing is pre-employment screening tests, which both ensure that new hires have the relevant skills, and that good hires aren’t passed over in favour of someone with a snappier CV.
TestGorilla is a company riding this wave, with software offering custom or pre-set tests for skills, personality, and specialisms. The trend is set only to grow, too, when you consider the added pressure companies are now under to eradicate bias from their hiring practices. TestGorilla has had a strong start, already attracting 10,000+ customers including H&M, Publicis, Sony and Oracle.
Having raised considerable Series A funding, the company is focused on expanding its library of screening tests, hiring more talent, and building more integrations with the other tools typically used by those who run hiring processes.
