Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years work experience in a start-up in customer success, account management, or similar role
- Comfortable using and analysing data, with Excel or Google Sheets; SQL a plus
- Ability to communicate, collaborate and advocate ideas as well as execute, take ownership and be hands-on
Desirable
- Previous hands-on experience with sales, account management is a bonus
What the job involves
- We are looking for an Account Manager - Customer Success, to help us scale Creoate globally, working across various teams including Product, Marketing, and Sales to achieve our ambitious GMV objectives
- You will be an all-around multi-tasker, responsible for managing a portfolio of supplier relationships from the start of their life-cycle
- We’re looking for someone who has a passion for entrepreneurship, working with customers, with a keen eye for data and analysis able to identify insights to help our suppliers improve and grow
- Own a large portfolio of suppliers often interacting with hundreds per week
- Proactively outreach to brands and retailers to better understand their needs
- Drive retention of suppliers, by identifying unique insights and helping them optimise their digital Creoate storefront
- Improving activation and retention, experimenting with and improving onboarding processes including webinars, video tutorials, emails, and more
- Work with our Growth Team to coordinate and execute seasonal campaigns to drive traffic to partner storefronts
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to design, test, and execute product improvements to drive efficient growth
- Design and optimise the supplier journey, through constant experimentation and improvements
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and within deadlines
