Proficient with Gmail, Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Windows OS

Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce a plus

What the job involves

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support invoicing and AR collections for IXL and its subsidiaries
Review purchase orders, sales contracts, and quotes to ensure accuracy against corresponding invoices
Print, e-mail, mail, and upload invoices to customers and their vendor portals as needed and in a timely manner
Accurately sort incoming checks and research any that are unidentified
Process checks and credit card payments to their respective invoices
Manage and resolve customer inquiries via e-mail and phone in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with sales operations team to reconcile any discrepancies between internal sales database and NetSuite
Perform other related duties as assigned
