Marketing Operations Manager, Twilio

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management
• Experience building automated and complex campaign programs from inception to completion (e.g., lead nurtures, customer lifecycle nurtures, audience segmentation, workflow automations)
• Strong competency in marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to build global marketing campaigns
• 2+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management
• Experience building campaign assets and programs from inception to completion (e.g., emails, landing pages/forms, list imports, webinars)
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Campaign Operations, this role will be the operational backbone of our campaign initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaign strategies, timelines, and objectives
• Build, test and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Prioritize, track and document campaign request updates via project management software (Jira)
• Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• Resolve roadblocks and issues as needed to meet campaign goals
• Identify and recommend improvements based on campaign performance insights
• We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other
• For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings
