• We’re looking for a seasoned product leader with a strong technical and strategic foundation to define and lead the full lifecycle of our AI-enabled brain health platform
• We are a tech-enabled healthcare organization rather than a software company: we build internal platforms to support our physicians and other providers in their work, as well as patient and partner-facing functionality
• We’re scaling virtual care across the country, using automation and AI to drive efficiency at all levels
• This critical role requires an individual who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic vision
• You will own the long-term product development, including shaping the roadmap, identifying blockers, and acting as the primary Product and Engineering point of contact for the rest of the company
• Define and champion the holistic product vision and long-term strategy for all internal and patient-facing platforms
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from strategic discovery to delivery, iteration, and success measurement
• Work with fellow business stakeholders, providers, patients, and partners to translate strategic challenges into clear problem statements and ambitious product roadmaps
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to scope, prioritize, and execute on high-impact initiatives that align with business goals
• Lead the collaborative design and delivery of user-friendly, accessible, and high-quality product experiences
• Act as a key connector between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders—including executives, account managers, and end users
• Own and manage the company’s product roadmap and present updates, resource tradeoffs, and value propositions to the C-suite, key business stakeholders, and investors
• Continuously evaluate, define, and improve product success metrics and development workflows across the organization
