Who you are
- This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills who can work collaboratively across teams to optimize processes and help deliver impactful marketing initiatives
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing program management, project execution, and campaign coordination
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional manner across teams and departments
- Experience in demand generation campaigns, working alongside content marketing and marketing operations teams
- Familiarity with marketing partnerships and the ability to submit proof of partnerships and compliance with budget allocations
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including Asana, Workday, ClickUp, Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to track budgets effectively
What the job involves
- Commure is looking for a highly organized and collaborative Marketing Program Manager to drive the execution of marketing campaigns, manage partnerships, and oversee cross-functional projects
- You will be instrumental in managing our partner MDF program, executing demand generation campaigns, and ensuring seamless coordination of marketing efforts
- Coordinate marketing campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Oversee project execution bringing stakeholders together, and holding contributors accountable to drive projects to successful, on-time completion
- Work cross-functionally with content marketing, marketing operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of demand generation campaigns
- Manage the MDF (market development funds) portion of our AWS partnership, including expense tracking, the submittal of proof of execution (POE) and ensuring compliance with budget allocation requirements
- Track and manage marketing budgets, acquire necessary content, and integrate content into campaigns
- Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Workday, and ClickUp to organize tasks, track progress, and ensure accountability
- Leverage communication and productivity tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office for efficient collaboration
- Coordinate and streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across marketing initiatives

Gathering data on patients is vital to provide healthcare workers with the information that they need to reduce repeat hospitalizations, but retrieving such data requires patient monitoring through expensive medical equipment. This ultimately reduces spaces in hospitals and clinics when patients could otherwise be cared for from home, presenting an increased demand for remote patient monitoring (RPM) technology.
Athelas develops RPM hardware and software platforms, helping the healthcare industry monitor the health data of patients without the need for them to be present in hospitals or clinics. The company's solutions include remote devices for blood diagnostics, sensor-driven pillboxes, and glucometers, which connect through software applications for doctors, EHR integrations, and a unified RPM platform.
Whilst the company faces competition from other RPM platforms, Athelas stands out by providing a comprehensive range of hardware monitoring devices and software applications, ultimately contributing toward an all-in-one RPM ecosystem.
