- Must be able to come into the office 5 days a week. Our HQ office is located in Playa Vista, CA
What the job involves
- The Honest Company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of some key executive team members in addition to the Chief People Officer and the People Team
- In this role, you’ll take on a variety of administrative and project coordination tasks while demonstrating a diligent work ethic, initiative, integrity, judgment, confidence, professionalism, discretion, positivity, reliability and superior attention to detail
- Honest's mission to deliver safe, eco-friendly, beautiful, and affordable products to consumers, will provide a culture where you can contribute to your full potential
- Act as point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
- Manage and maintain daily calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Schedule meetings, calls, and other appointments
- Track project statuses and maintain task lists
- File travel and expense reports and handle other confidential documents
- Assist with general office duties and office administration/workplace needs
- Provide support for other ad hoc projects as needed
- Assist the company with all of its HR needs to enable continued growth
- Support on-boarding and off-boarding to help provide a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle
- Provide HR administration support and assist with HR programs such as benefits, leaves of absence, performance management, and learning & development
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications

Although the company has seen successes, and went public in 2021, it also experienced a slew of class action lawsuits over potentially harmful ingredients, in strange and stark contrast to the safe products it intended to sell. Many of its offerings have since been reformulated, and the company itself has restructured its strategy, seeming to put it back on good footing despite the rocky road at its back.
