- Reporting to: Engineering Manager / Lead Analytics Engineer
- We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Analytics Engineering team. This role sits at the intersection of Data Analytics, Software Development, and Data Engineering
- You’ll a pivotal role in designing complex data pipelines, managing data warehouses using tools like dbt and Airflow, and enabling predictive analytics solutions for our diverse group of clients
- As part of a consultancy, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify solutions for their key challenges. Internally, you will help our team adopt software engineering best practices while enabling Data Analysts and Developers to work more effectively
- Impactful Projects: Contribute to strategic projects that drive real-world impact across public and private sectors
- Diverse Skillset: Develop expertise in data pipelines, architecture, and analytics while collaborating with developers on API design and software engineering tasks
- Ownership & Innovation: Take ownership of complex data pipelines and contribute to shaping our company's future direction

(Co-Founder & CEO)With Master's degrees from Oxford and KCL, Adam divides their time between running QuantSpark and Tech Against Terrorism- the world's preeminent NGO helping to tackle terrorists' use of the internet.

Anastasia is the Head of People and Operations. Anastasia joined the business as EA to Adam, the CEO, and quickly built out a department of her own which continues to expand.
Sophie joined the team in 2021 as a Senior Product Manager. They were quickly promoted to Product Lead and again to Head of Product.
Daniel joined as a Data Analyst in 2019 and now leads the Analytics Engineering Team and is an integral part of the business.
