  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Relevant certifications from key partners (e.g., Genesys Cloud, AWS) are advantageous
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (desirable)

What the job involves

  • We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Global Partner Account Manager to join our Sales team
  • As a Global Partner Account Manager, you will be the primary interface and relationship owner for Sabio’s key strategic partners across our global operating regions
  • You will align Sabio’s strategy with partner objectives, drive joint business development initiatives, and deliver against key performance metrics such as growth, gross profit (GP) bookings, and annual contract value (ACV)
  • You will play an important role in driving change within our business, joining a department that is continually on a journey of change
  • Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer
  • Serve as the primary interface for strategic partners (e.g., Genesys, AWS, Google, Cognigy) across all global regions
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships from C-suite to operational levels
  • Ensure alignment between Sabio and partners through regular governance, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), joint account planning, GTM strategies in each Sabio geography and process mapping
  • Align Sabio’s corporate strategy with partner objectives, ensuring mutual understanding and commitment
  • Collaborate with partners to co-develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and commercial offerings
  • Deliver on GP bookings, ACV, and margin improvement targets across all key regions (UK, Benelux, Nordics, France, Spain, South Africa, and others as required)
  • Drive joint pipeline development, sales alignment, and deal registration within partner management systems
  • Manage Partner rebate programs, MDF funding and sales incentive programs, to ensure Sabio maximise the available funding and commercial incentives available from each partner
  • Manage all aspects of partner engagement, including opportunity deal registrations, pipeline reporting, opportunity tracking, Salesforce reporting, and incentive program management (e.g., MDF, SPIFFs, rebates)
  • Collaborate with field marketing to secure partner funding and maximize return through co-branded campaigns and events
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Sabio’s service capabilities through partner technologies
  • Drive emerging technology initiatives, including AI/analytics, cloud infrastructure, WFM, WFO and advanced CX solutions
  • Maintain and report on partner governance frameworks, including sales planning, customer bid reviews, and contractual alignment
  • Regularly update internal stakeholders on partner programs, incentives, parter scorecards and strategic priorities
