• You are an excellent communicator who can translate business needs into technical language and vice versa
• You have diverse experience in data and product analytics, including A/B testing and other data-driven decision-making methods
• You understand the mathematical foundations and limitations of A/B testing, as well as alternative approaches
• You can defend your perspective logically and transparently while remaining open to others' viewpoints
• You are skilled in preparing and visualizing data using Python and SQL
• You are drawn to an entrepreneurial and start-up environment

• Rapidly prototype and provide analytical support for various initiatives
• Utilize analytical systems effectively, regularly monitor product data, and test hypotheses to drive product improvements and growth
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and engage in cross-functional projects alongside the product team and ML engineers
