Who you are

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, HR Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with office management software (e.g., MS Teams, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Desirable

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus

  • We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager who will also take on the responsibilities of an administrative specialist.
  • This hybrid role is crucial for maintaining a well-run office environment while supporting our HR and Executive team
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
  • Handle general office administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
  • Liaise with building management and external vendors to address office maintenance and service needs
  • Support leadership team with calendar management
  • Assist and facilitate company wide events
