Senior UI Designer, Salesforce

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and leading B2C or B2B products and websites within cross-functional teams
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant tools
• Strong proficiency in user-centered design methods and best practices
• Expertise in visual and interactive design, including interactive prototyping and responsive design
• Proven experience in implementing design systems and producing style guides
• In-depth knowledge of UI tooling, build optimization, and micro-interactions
• Holistic, system-level thinking with a deep understanding of project ecosystems and their impact on user experiences
• Proven track record of implementing globally impactful, universally designed experiences catering to diverse languages and abilities
• Commitment to ethical design practices with a strong advocacy for equality in design
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, fostering close, trusting relationships with stakeholders
• Extensive experience in usability testing and advanced user research techniques
