Who you are
- BS/BA preferred, with 7+ years of related experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated success in leading the development and delivery of internal tools required
- Self-starter who is passionate about solving complex and meaningful problems
- Ability to get into details to ensure successful execution while understanding the strategic level impact of our work
- Excellent product judgments, with an ability to make wise and quick decisions based on complexity, stakeholders, and other constraints
- Experience utilizing AI for operational efficiencies a strong plus
- Experience in the Mortgage ecosystem is a strong positive
- Experience in the Digital Asset / Crypto ecosystem is a plus
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical abilities
- Proven success communicating cross-functionally and building solid business relationships

What the job involves
- The Product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with product, engineering, design, and our business partners to deliver a best-in-class platform that is used both internally and externally across the entire lifecycle of a loan
- The team is growing quickly, and we are looking for someone excited about the prospect of using technology to efficiently scale business operations
- Improve the products and tools our Customer Success and operations teams use on a daily basis to support our lending business and digital asset business
- Serve as the subject matter expert on our internal tools and the users who rely on them
- Clearly define and communicate strategy, priorities, and key performance indicators with all stakeholders
- Create, monitor, and assess success metrics, and present findings to the leadership team
- Collaborate with the broader cross-functional team, including Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Customer Operations to bring your ideas to life
- Synthesize and prioritize user needs and own the narrative of what problem should be solved, for whom, and why it matters
- Drive new feature development from start to finish - write product requirements, work cross-functionally with design and engineering, launch features, analyze results, synthesize learnings, and iterate through product development, shipment, and maintenance by applying a deep knowledge of Figure’s business
Our take
Figure is the largest non-bank provider of home equity lines of credit, disrupting the lending industry with its blockchain platform, Provenance. The platform works as a registry, ledger, and exchange; handling loans, mortgaging, private credit and private investment.
The company is one of few that offers users the option to leverage their cryptocurrency assets to get loans or mortgages. Betting heavily on the cryptocurrency market has presented both its ups and downs for Figure, but a successful IPO in 2025 suggests its position nowadays is steady.
As digital assets continue to gain mainstream acceptance, there should be ample opportunity for Figure to expand its reach in the future. The company's IPO was supported by Goldman Sachs, Jefferies and BofA Securities, and raised an impressive $787.5 million.
