Who you are
- You are a recent graduate or in the early stages of your career
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
What the job involves
- As a FolioMetrics Support Consultant at With Intelligence, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and consulting services to our clients who utilize our FolioMetrics platform
- FolioMetrics is a powerful CRM and reporting tool for the investment management industry, and your role will involve assisting clients in maximizing the value and efficiency of the platform
- In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, troubleshooting technical issues, answering inquiries, and providing guidance on the use of the FolioMetrics platform
- You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions and best practices to address their challenges
- As a Support Consultant, you will also collaborate with internal teams, such as product management and development, to communicate client feedback, contribute to product enhancements, and ensure a seamless client experience
- Your strong communication skills and technical expertise will be essential in resolving client issues promptly and effectively
