Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate has successfully scaled integrated demand programs in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or data-driven technology company, bringing a mix of strategic leadership, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution
- Proven leader with 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience and 2+ years managing multi-function demand teams (Digital Demand Gen, ABM, and/or Field); ideally within data, AI, or enterprise technology
- You have a track record of driving measurable pipeline growth. You’ve built and scaled marketing systems that directly contribute to revenue, not just leads
- Strategic operator and coach. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and can operate in a fast-moving startup environment, but you’re also skilled at setting vision, creating clarity, and empowering teams to execute with accountability and alignment
- Deep understanding of the full funnel from awareness to opportunity, including how to execute, measure, and optimize each stage
- Analytical and data-fluent. Comfortable interpreting pipeline metrics, salesforce data, and ROI dashboards to drive decisions and communicate impact
- Collaborative, business-minded marketer. You build trusted partnerships with GTM and Exec teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
What the job involves
- Replicant is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own and scale our marketing-led pipeline strategy and execution
- In this role, you’ll build and lead a scalable top-of-funnel engine that accelerates growth, engages our target buyers, and drives measurable ROI across digital, ABM, and field channels
- You’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, BDRs, RevOps, and Brand & Product Marketing to ensure full-funnel alignment — from awareness to opportunity creation and progression
- You’ll lead a high-performing team of three strong individual contributors (Demand Gen, ABM, and Field Marketing), setting the strategy, frameworks, and KPIs that fuel predictable, marketing-sourced pipeline growth
- This role will report into the VP of Marketing
- Own Replicant’s marketing-led pipeline number: Define the strategy, programs, and budget that deliver predictable growth aligned with business goals
- Develop and operationalize the marketing funnel: Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and reporting across lead and opportunity stages
- Partner closely with Sales, BDR, and RevOps leadership to align on targets, pipeline forecasting, lead scoring, routing, and reporting
- Set priorities and coach the team: Provide strategic guidance, setting KPIs, and creating accountability for campaign quality, conversion rates, and pipeline health
- Be a player-coach: While leading strategically, you’re comfortable stepping in to model excellence to help the team move faster and smarter
- Partner with Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing teams: Ensure messaging and campaigns are unified across all touchpoints and aligned to buyer needs
Our take
Whilst automation and AI are being applied to industries across the world, customers must still endure long waits and inconsistent service from telecommunication services. In addition to this, customer service agents must answer the same repetitive questions hundreds of times every day, which is both expensive and inefficient. Replicant uses neural networks to provide completely autonomous call center technology, that aims to provide intelligent and human-like alternatives to customer service agents.
Replicant's service understands context, accents, slang, and technical terms, providing far more intelligent results than simple answer-recognition phone services. Although various startups are taking steps towards reducing bottlenecks within customer service calls through autonomous chatbots, Replicant stands out by focusing on providing realistic and engaging conversation through neural networks, providing a convincing replacement that reduces costs and frustrations within call centers of any type.
Replicant has secured a good amount of funding to fuel its to ambitions to expand research and development, improving its conversations, and launch new automated channels. The company also plans to increase headcount across a range of teams, onboard new customers, and launch professional development programs for its employees.
