What the job involves
- We are looking for a Social Value and Internal Communications Lead to join our team in London
- Draft and execute on all internal communications around events, projects, acquisitions, integrations, awards, and any other business events and information as required
- Keep the intranet up to date with relevant content and company news
- Develop, implement, and monitor social value initiatives across the organisation with a focus on DE&I
- Work with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for social value creation that align with organisational values our employee voice, and commitments made to our Microsoft Pledge and Social Value Charter
- Work with the ESG controller to supply content to the ESG audits and reports
