• We are hiring a Manager, Market Development to build a pipeline in Digital Health
• This role owns outbound prospecting and inbound qualification, and it progresses opportunities from first engagement through a sales accepted handoff
• After the role is hired and ramped, this person will also assume ownership of lead management and opportunity creation workflows, similar to how the function has been run historically
• The goal is a consistent, high signal top of the funnel engine that does not depend on heroics
• You'll build and execute outbound motions into enterprise and scaled digital health accounts
• Develop target account plans, map stakeholders, and multi thread outreach across business, product, and clinical leaders
• Run structured qualification calls to confirm fit, urgency, buying process, and next steps
• Create sales accepted opportunities with crisp context and clear next steps for the sales owner
• Partner with Marketing on campaign follow up, event conversion, and messaging feedback loops
• Support targeted outbound sprints or inbound qualification for Life Sciences and Data when needed
• Route and qualify efficiently using the same standards for signal and handoff quality
• Maintain accurate activity, stage movement, and next step ownership in Salesforce
• Provide weekly visibility into meetings created, opportunities created, conversion, and aging
• Take ownership of inbound lead management process, including tiering, routing coordination, acceptance visibility, and recycling
• Partner with Marketing and RevOps on form optimization, noise reduction, and inbound automation improvements
• Establish repeatable reporting and operating cadence for lead health and opportunity creation
• What success looks like:
• Consistent Digital Health meetings created against target accounts
• High quality opportunities created that convert to late stage pipeline
• Fast, clean handoffs with clear context and minimal rework for sales owners
