- Outline the Outreach Engage product strategy for the next 3 years
- Lead product discovery and roadmap sessions with key prospects and customers
- Collaborate with a world class engineering, data science and design teams to ship AI/ML features that provide real value to the sales and operations teams who use Outreach to grow their business
- Lead and encourage a team of accomplished product managers, enabling high performance and removing obstacles to attainment of their objectives
- Drive the strategy for multiple scrum teams and champion new processes and best practices
- Partner with product marketing to develop enablement and positioning collateral to share the product team’s work with the world
