• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in high-volume hiring environments
• Proven ability to manage 20+ open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (able to track large pipelines without dropping candidate)s
• Clear, professional communication with candidates and hiring managers at all stages
• Comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday in a fast-moving startup environment

• We are looking for a High Volume Recruiter to support Figure AI's rapid growth in developing general purpose humanoid robots
• This contract role, with potential to convert to a full-time employee position, requires a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment and can manage large candidate pipelines without sacrificing quality or candidate experience
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referral networks
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies that scale
• Screen high volumes of applicants efficiently while maintaining a consistent and positive candidate experience
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rate) to identify bottlenecks and optimize throughput
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across multiple roles and hiring teams simultaneously
• Ensure timely communication and feedback loops between candidates and hiring teams
• Support onboarding handoffs in collaboration with the People team to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
• Continuously improve intake, screening, and workflow processes to support sustained high-volume hiring
