Who you are
- Must have: fully proficient in English and French, excellent story-teller, doer mindset & ability to take initiative, team spirit & natural people-person, at least one internship experience
- Nice to have: experience of the start-up/tech ecosystems across Europe, familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, YouTube, etc
What the job involves
- You will play a key role in implementing Revaia's Coms strategy with a direct report to the Head of Communications.
- You will be a full member of Revaia’s team, collaborating with team members to drive initiatives.
- You will manage content calendar across all channels, develop and execute events, and develop new initiatives
- Create content to be leveraged across all communication channels (newsletter, blog articles, videos, social posts, etc.)
- Assist the team in their writings
- Manage and develop branded content and creative assets into a range of different branded formats
- Ensure distribution on our platforms (social media channels, website, emailing)
- Deliver reports results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
- Monitor tech & financial media and help find opportunities
- Help prepare team member interviews
- Support the team in monitoring public policy, regulatory and institutional topics relevant to Revaia’s ecosystem
- Contribute to the preparation of related briefs, talking points and communication materials
- Branding: increase our brand awareness across our key geographies ensuring brand consistency and clarity with our key audiences
- Maintain brand & portfolio assets and templates and website updates
- Manage branding opportunities
- Organisation of community events with the support of the team
- Monitor the European start-up ecosystem and screen events
- Date: September 2026 – February 2027, for a 6-month period
Our take
Climate goals are at an all-time high, but the funding behind green-tech and sustainably forward companies sadly does not mimic what’s needed. Putting a dent in this much-needed funding market is Revaia, a growth equity investment fund hyper-focused on mission-driven companies with a passion for sustainability.
The VC firm is founded and led by two women who’ve now closed two substantial funds, which remains almost unheard of for female-led firms. In fact, the company prides itself on being Europe’s largest female-led firm, with a growing portfolio that includes the likes of Welcome to the Jungle and Frontify.
Having established a presence in Paris and Berlin, as well as in North America, Revaia is now focused on opening a London office to increase the fund’s exposure to Europe’s largest tech market. As it continues to support sustainable-minded companies from Series B to IPO or buyout, it will be interesting to see what impact the firm can have on the space.
