Who you are

10+ years experience in enterprise sales
A track record of being successful in leading $1M+ deals
A track record of leading complex, strategic, transformation deals within financial services
Experience selling to executive and C-levels within banks
Solid understanding of the financial services business and technology landscape to drive insightful conversations with CIOs on financial services strategic transformation
Experience with value-based sales frameworks (MEDDICC, Command of the Message)

What the job involves

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new strategic accounts, developing long-term relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth in the financial services sector
Own the entirety of the sales cycle of high-value deals from initial conversation to close
Use structured value-based sales frameworks (MEDDICC, Command of the Message) to drive a consistent, methodical path to close
Leverage FlowX.AI’s cutting-edge AI platform and strong engineering culture to demonstrate how customers can transform their operations
Act with full autonomy and responsibility to shape deals and make strategic decisions
Orchestrate complex strategic deals across multiple stake holders and strategic partners
Manage internal resources (pre sales, product, marketing, legal) towards driving successful outcomes
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in major accounts
