Who you are
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
- 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
- Proficiency with AI solutions, including Agentic AI Agents
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence
- Must be located in the greater Boston metro area
What the job involves
- As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting sales to our Healthcare Provider customers
- You will help guide revenue for our platform and solutions with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team
- This is a hands-on role with responsibilities to go wide and deep on solution positioning from initial sale through delivery to aid adoption
- The Solution Consultant is a technical consultant with the advanced ability to develop, position and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for assigned territories
- Act as the primary technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team
- Guide our customers to learn and embrace ServiceNow’s AI offerings. Provide tactical and technical assistance as part of pre-sales motions (Proof of Concept programs, workshops, etc.) and post-sales adoption (advisory, pilots, etc.)
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
- Guide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement
- Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and guide additional value
- Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows

ServiceNow now looks to increase its revenue threefold in upcoming years and has entered into a 5-year partnership plan with Visa, beginning with the launch of a Visa-integrated dispute resolution solution for issuers. The company is prioritising organic growth over mergers and acquisitions, with a target revenue of $15 billion, something which its Visa partnership will no doubt aid in achieving.
