Role
Who you are
- We are looking for someone smart, personable, analytical, commercial, curious, and someone who is comfortable taking an insight & relationship-driven approach to generating leads, converting them to meetings, and communicating Attensi’s unique value proposition to land and develop new client relationships
- We are particularly excited by people who come with a strong track record in SaaS B2B sales, can drive mature sales cycles, and can empathize with our prospects’ learning goals, challenges & business KPI’s
- We need someone who can credibly and comfortably translate this into a technology led solution
- At least 6-8 years' work experience
- 4-5 years of in SaaS Sales with a track record of success
- Experience establishing relationships with CxOs and Directors of large corporations
- Experience in a startup or scaleup environment
- Experience with complex sales processes, and a consultative approach
- Bachelor's degree or higher if preferred
What the job involves
- To support and expand on our international growth, we are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Enterprise Account Executive to continue our global mission to change the way the industry thinks about the power of training & development
- This is considered a key role in our growth and is reflected in both the remuneration and opportunities for growth outlined below
- Our sales processes are driven forward through close collaboration & insight with the customer to ensure the solutions address their specific needs and pain points
- The role will be based in Boston and focus on the US market, but international work will likely form part of the job as we pursue world domination
- The very first thing you will do once you join Attensi is to get to know our products, values and way of operating
- We want you to get under the skin of our business and truly understand the value we provide our customers, so that you can represent us externally with genuine excitement and confidence
- Identifying ideal customers, and actively pursuing conversations and meetings with key decision makers in those companies, leveraging the defined and proven playbook for ‘Attensi Way of Selling’
- Prospecting and generating leads, while driving awareness about Attensi through attending industry events and exhibitions, taking an active role in industry conversations, hosting webinars etc
- Build lasting, meaningful relationships with other members of management, team, and prospect/customer community necessary to manage accounts and close deals
- Mapping, specifying & providing insight on organizational challenges, training and development needs together with prospective customers
- Working closely with the Attensi Account team to support their introduction to the customers as well as work with them to explore growth opportunities
- Work closely with the broader Attensi commercial team and overall organization to develop best practices and grow the organization
Our take
Companies across the world are spending more money than ever on employee training. This is hardly surprising; employee training is vitally important to the success of a competitive workforce, and it is widely acknowledged that an effective employee development program will increase the competency of staff and boost their job satisfaction. What is surprising, though, is that most traditional training programmes simply don't work. According to a 2010 survey carried out by McKinsey & Co, only 25% of respondents found that training had improved their employee's performance.
This is what Attensi wants to change. Attensi uses a combination of technology from the world of video gaming and insights from workplace psychology to train people via immersive, 3D simulations of their workplace and work processes. Solutions are used to simulate human interactions and work processes, including interpersonal ‘soft skills’, leadership training, use of IT-systems and any form of staff certification. Whether on mobile, desktop, or VR, Attensi’s gamified simulation approach enables organisations to upskill their people at scale, with all the data required to track impact on KPIs.
Since being founded in 2012, the company has delivered its services to over 100 countries in more than 20 languages, showing an incredibly scalable business model. Investors have also spotted Attensi's potential, resulting in major funding in 2021 which Attensi is using to expand its business around the world. With big clients like Daimler Mercedes Benz, Circle K, Equinor, BCG, and ASDA already secured.
