Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
- 6-9 years of progressive HR business partnering experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or global HRBP role across North America, Latin America, and Europe, including a solid understanding of labor laws and compliance in each region
- Proven knowledge of HR and the ability to improve business performance and culture by developing effective people strategies
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
What the job involves
- The HR Business Partner will lead the HR agenda to drive business success across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the UK
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, business managers and employees, providing HR guidance on regional business challenges, people issues and organizational development
- Integrate and collaborate with global / regional HR colleagues in the recruitment, learning & development, performance management, legal, employee engagement and HR programs to implement customised solutions for the region
- Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on business outcomes and employee experience, including stakeholder management, talent assessment, performance management, team building and employee engagement
- Comply with labor laws and regulations in each region and ensure adherence
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of core HR programs
