Software Engineering Manager, Canoe

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with development of SASS data products
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams and managing ICs
• Demonstrated expertise in applying LLMs to achieve breakthrough improvements in development speed and efficiency
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguous or missing information and adapt quickly in a startup-like environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for getting involved in both technical details and high-level strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
