Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5+ years experience as an Enterprise Account Manager or equivalent in a SaaS company, preferably in a startup environment
- Passionate about our mission and our technology
- Proven experience in enterprise account management or sales, ideally within the healthcare or senior care industry
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding expansion targets and renewal metrics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver on multiple projects at a time
- Demonstrated ability to wear many hats, manage ambiguity, and apply problem-solving skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build rapport with customers and constituents
- Comfortable working in a remote and independent environment
- Experience with G Suite, Office 360, Salesforce, Slack and BI tools
- Ability to occasionally lift heavy equipment
- Required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination
What the job involves
- As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with enterprise-level clients
- You will serve as the primary point of contact, understanding their unique needs and ensuring that our solutions align with their goals
- Revenue Growth and Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth by effectively managing existing accounts and identifying expansion opportunities
- Meet or exceed individual revenue goals through strategic account planning and relationship building
- Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level individuals (CEOs, COOs, CFOs, etc.) of clients
- Proactively engage in strategic discussions, understand their business objectives, and align our solutions to drive mutual success
- Negotiation and Influencing Outcomes: Negotiate and influence outcomes through data-driven business cases, strategic relationship management, and knowledge of SafelyYou offerings
- Crossfunctional Operator: Foster a collaborative client management approach by actively engaging new sales, marketing, customer success, and project management teams
- Utilize available resources to deliver a world-class customer experience and achieve shared business objectives
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new products through networking, professional organizations, and publications
- Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients to ensure successful deal closures and hand off completed deals to the implementation and clinical success teams
- Presentations: Deliver high-quality, motivational presentations to clients, effectively addressing their questions about products, prices, and availability
- CRM Management: Update and maintain all opportunities and follow-on activities in the Company's CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, including accurate pipeline and forecasting
Our take
Falls pose a heightened injury risk to the estimated one in three people over 85 who live with dementia, but with contributing factors being varied and often circumstantial, the risk is hard to combat. SafelyYou is looking to bring tech to the rescue, with AI-enabled real-time fall protection cameras that detect falls in the home with 99% accuracy, reportedly reducing falls by 40%, and ER visits from falls by an impressive 80%.
Camera monitoring of dementia patients and seniors is an increasingly common practice. Surveillance helps shoulder some of the 15 billion unpaid care hours provided by Americans to loved ones suffering from the disease, and reviewing fall footage helps determine whether ER visits, and the potentially crippling co-pays, are strictly necessary. The privacy concerns are substantial, however, and this is where SafelyYou stands especially strong: the cameras are activated only when an incident takes place.
So SafelyYou is tackling an urgent problem with dignity and to great effect - and they’re receiving industry recognition and substantial funding for their efforts. With one in five Medicare dollars spent in the field of dementia, and the global cost of the disease expected to double by 2030, the market is wise to be supporting this effective and growing organization.
