Who you are
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Operations with a strong track record of solving problems through technology
- Deep understanding of GTM systems and workflows (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, enablement tools, Customer Engagement Platforms)
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences, aligning engineering delivery with real-world business needs
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to design end-to-end processes that scale
- A bias for action and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment
- Natural ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment
- Passion for AI, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Desirable
- Specific experience implementing and operationalizing AI solutions at scale
- Experience working specifically in a GTM context across Sales, Support, and Marketing functions
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a curious and action-oriented AI Ops professional to join our GTM Platforms team
- In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between our go-to-market (GTM) teams—Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Support—and our internal AI and engineering teams
- Your mission: identify, define, and drive the integration of AI tools and agentic workflows that make our GTM teams faster, smarter, and more efficient
- This is not a deeply technical role; instead, success requires a deep understanding of GTM processes, a systems mindset, and a knack for turning complex challenges into high-impact AI applications
- Identify high-impact opportunities to integrate AI into internal and customer-facing workflows across GTM teams
- Partner with the Customer Support AI Program Manager to expand and optimize our conversational chatbot, ensuring seamless cross-team coordination
- Define agentic workflows that streamline tasks and reduce friction for Sellers and GTM operators
- Collaborate closely with AI/engineering partners to translate operational logic into scalable solutions
- Gather feedback from GTM stakeholders to iteratively improve AI solutions and workflows
- Support change management and user adoption, helping teams understand and embrace new AI-powered capabilities
- The Dropbox Business Strategy & Operations team unlocks the company's full potential by driving strategic initiatives and enabling operational excellence
- We blend analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to tackle Dropbox’s biggest opportunities and challenges across all business functions

Our take
Dropbox started by helping people bring together their files in one central place. The contents of these folders are synchronised to Dropbox's servers along with other computers and devices where the user has installed Dropbox, keeping the same files up-to-date across all devices.
Nowadays, there are lots of competing companies in cloud storage, and some with better distribution (e.g. Google and Apple). This explains why Dropbox is making a big push to reinvent itself after a fairly disappointing run since its IPO in 2018. The new Dropbox turns folders into "Spaces", which are collaboration hubs for teams, complete with comment streams, artificial intelligence tools and integrations into services such as Slack.
The company continues to build out its offerings through acquisitions, such as that of Formswift, bolstering its end-to-end agreement workflow capabilities. Indeed, It's very clear that Dropbox is trying to make a big move from being just a storage company. This seems to be a necessary move given the competitive nature of the industry it is operating within.
