Who you are

You’re curious and a self-starter. You’ll happily delve into data to find interesting patterns or insights, and focus your time on areas that will have the highest business impact
You love seeing your analysis drive positive behavioural change. When you spot an interesting pattern in your data you’re proactive in sharing it and figuring out what it means
As a member of a small team, you understand the need to take a strategic approach to data, with a focus on building complete self-service solutions
You make the complex, simple. You’re thorough and detail oriented, but also pragmatic and able to identify when tradeoffs need to be made
You have experience working on a subscription-based product and have built or worked on churn prediction models
You have experience using a modern data stack , CRM and product analytics tools (we use Amplitude, Iterable, S3, Snowflake, Metabase, Hightouch, Fivetran)
You have data engineering experience or can articulate data requirements for engineers

What the job involves

The Body Coach is on a mission to make the world fitter, healthier, and happier. We are looking to hire our first Analyst into the company
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst that can help us make data-informed decisions, and can make data accessible throughout the business
You will report to the Product Lead and you’ll also work with our marketing and finance teams to provide data that drives business decisions on a daily basis
Building on our existing pipeline, data warehouse, and frequently used dashboards
Identifying gaps in our data that, when filled, will unlock new capabilities
Making information accessible via clear and insightful visualisations
Supporting teams with impactful analytics projects, e.g. product pricing, cost per acquisition, lifetime value, customer support trends
Partnering with other stakeholders on ad-hoc analysis and insights
