Who you are

You are passionate about the BA role and have a minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field
Experience in Financial Services; trading, investments, or brokerage, with a proven track record of working within highly regulated environments
Detail oriented with a curious mind and the ability to quickly assimilate information
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dive into detail and summarise effectively. Has a good understanding of industry- standard, structured analysis tools and techniques
A good communicator with impactful communication skills (oral, written and presentation) articulating complex ideas to broad audiences. Presenting and explaining complex business or technical ideas to an unfamiliar audience
Can confidently build and manage relationships with all levels of stakeholders
A self-starter with a bias for action and the ability to adapt approach and working style as needed
Good understanding of Business Change support activities would be advantageous
Knowledge of CASS, GDPR, MiFID is desirable, but not essential
Relevant certifications - BCS Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis
