Who you are
- 3+ years experience as a channel sales account manager
- Demonstrated revenue growth and channel experience in an enterprise, SaaS software company
- Balance of strategic thinking and execution in a multi faceted sales strategy
- Experience in acquiring in-depth knowledge of strategic partner’s business problems and what drives their success by incorporating a software solution
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives, Board and team members
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- An MBA is a strong plus
- Another plus is channel experience in an InsureTech company
What the job involves
- Evident is looking for a Channel Sales Account Manager to build upon our channel-led sales and go to market strategy
- You will execute the strategy in close collaboration with our channel partners and sales leadership with the goal of showcasing the value of the Evident solution to our channel partner’s customers
- The ideal candidate is a data-driven and action oriented individual with a strong track record of executing in a fast paced environment
- You will focus on relationship expansion within current channel partners and outbound sales efforts to acquire new ones
- Evaluate, assess and execute our channel go to market strategy for the company
- Ensure the Evident solution is implemented in each region and in each discipline of the channel partner
- Partner closely with marketing and sales to ensure the execution of programs and events to drive channel and alliance leads, pipeline and deal progression
- Work cross functionally to develop channel marketing programs
- Design and promote effective incentive and enablement programs to drive the growth of Evident products in our channel partners ecosystems
- Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of the industry of existing and target partner accounts, & competitive landscape
- Participate in strategic planning sessions with channel partners and Evident sales and marketing leadership on a regular basis
- Report activity and results in Salesforce
- Help in building a strong team that will effectively recruit, onboard, and develop committed partners
