Who you are

- You have a growth mindset, are skilled at crafting impactful social media marketing, and optimize for speed of learning and conviction-building in execution
- Deep understanding and love of music and music creation
- Deep understanding of content creation, social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics, and creating viral content
- 2+ years of video content creation, filming, and editing experience, with proven success in creating viral videos or growing a follower base
- Ability to commit 40+ hours a week
- Think strategically and also drive forward tactical execution
- Exemplary project management skills, with strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean and demanding work environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt and work effectively with a team
What the job involves
- Suno is seeking a contractor Content Creator to lead our content efforts
- In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated campaigns that build awareness, grow adoption, and deepen engagement with Suno amongst a range of audiences
- You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across our company, including product and growth, to develop strategies, plans, and campaigns in support of our marketing and business goals
- Create and manage a variety of creator accounts dedicated to creating consistent and viral content about Suno, including street-style IRL content, meme content, and text-based content
- Film, produce, and edit video content to be posted across social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, X, and Facebook
- Develop a pipeline of concepts for social accounts that work
- Develop strong intuition and conviction around which ideas we want to focus on that will ultimately lead to user growth and conversion
- Monitor, analyze, and measure the effectiveness of videos and channels (e.g., reach/awareness, follower growth, engagement, downloads) to make real-time optimization and forward-looking recommendations
Our take
Suno is a company leveraging AI for music creation, attempting to make it accessible to everyone, regardless of their musical background. The platform allows users to generate complete songs by inputting text prompts, breaking down the barriers that traditionally separate amateurs from professional musicians.
Unlike other AI music tools, Suno focuses on ease-of-use, enabling even those with no music theory knowledge to produce professional-sounding songs. This approach has already attracted a diverse user base, including everyday people and GRAMMY-winning artists.
Suno' rise has been fast and impressive, but it's now facing serious legal heat, including new lawsuits from independent artists. If it can defend its practices ad show respect for creators' rights, there's still a strong future ahead for the company.
