- Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening
- Preferred, 1 year’s experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, account management, or business development in the high-tech or SaaS industry
- Experience in MS Office Suite, Word and Excel, MS Outlook, and CRM tools like Salesforce
- Proven track record of success in a high-volume/transactional sales environment, hitting quota
What the job involves
- As our Bilingual Inside Sales Representative for Sage 50, every day you will be responsible for selling to new and existing Sage customers
- To thrive in this role, you will identify and manage sales opportunities to close them effectively
- This is a 4-month contract role that can turn permanent if the candidate performs well
- Receive and respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers
- Make outbound prospecting communications to build and manage pipeline via calling, demoing, and e-mail
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer, including goals, organization structure, decision-making processes, and pain points
- Identify customer needs and establish value by presenting how Sage 50 could be a possible solution
- Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions
