Role
Who you are
- 6+ years working in large codebases
- Experience leading complex projects along with other engineering leaders
- Ability to onboard quickly onto various systems, and support cross-functional work
- Demonstrated experience working with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, GCP or Azure
- Ability to supporting large scale enterprise systems at scale
- CI/CD, Datadog, etc
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

What the job involves
- The Infrastructure team builds the foundation we need to support our web and mobile applications, as well as our robust API. We build and operate the software that enables Asana’s security, scalability, and speed. Each day, we combine industry best-practices and innovation to support this product-focused company
- Within this scope, the Enterprise Infrastructure team is focused on building out Infrastructure functionality, focused on meeting the needs and scale for large Enterprise customers. Operating over a broad set of tools and services across the company
- Set long-term technical strategy for the Infrastructure Group along with other Group Engineering Leads
- Design, scope, and implement large systems that are focused on large enterprise customer needs
- Work closely with teams across Asana to ship leveraged features
- Coordinate and execute high-level initiatives such as FedRAMP
- Plan, and execute large projects that require involvement from multiple engineering teams
- Gain experience as a cross functional engineering leader
