Role
Who you are
- Tech Stack: NestJS, Prisma, NextJS, React, PostgreSQL, Azure
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and the broader AI landscape
- Experience working within a startup environment, where adaptability and innovation are key to success
Desirable
- Previous experience scaling tech teams and infrastructure for growth
- A strong understanding of AI-related content and writing applications
- Management tools: JIRA, Monday.com
What the job involves
- Develop and maintain existing and new backend and frontend applications
- Collaborate with the product and UI teams to plan the R&D roadmap
- Work with the Prompt Engineering team to align backend logic
- Collaborate with C-level executives to define the product vision
- Assist the CTO in managing the growing R&D department, including roadmap planning and task management
- Report directly to the CTO and CEO
- Mentor junior developers and assist in building and scaling the R&D team

- 5. Final Interview A comprehensive interview with senior management and the CEO. We will explore in detail your fit within the company and alignment with our vision
- 6. Onboarding If successful, you’ll receive a formal offer and begin your journey with us. Our onboarding process is designed to integrate you smoothly into our team and provide you with the tools and support needed to thrive
